William is based in our Singapore office and he advises on corporate matters with a focus on inward investment in the real estate sector, particularly from the Middle East.

Having spent six months in our Abu Dhabi office, and the majority of his career working in London, William continues to act for high net worth individuals as well as institutional investors on work ranging from private company mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), joint ventures, company secretarial issues and corporate structuring.
