BB, founded in 1883 by the sons of Singapore’s first Attorney-General, is one of the oldest independent law practices in the country. Since its relaunch in 2009, BB has focused on high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and mediation. The firm represents clients in Singapore’s High Court, Court of Appeal, and in regional arbitrations, including those under SIAC, ICC, and LCIA rules.
BB also serves as counsel to regulatory bodies such as the Singapore Medical Council, Singapore Dental Council, and the Council for Estate Agencies, reinforcing its reputation for integrity and legal excellence.
A unified platform for International Disputes
Our alliance bridges a critical gap in Trowers’ international disputes capability by adding Singapore-seated arbitration and SICC (Singapore International Commercial Court) expertise to its already strong presence in DIFC, LCIA, and ICC forums. This synergy is especially timely, aligning with new initiatives like the Bahrain International Commercial Court, which will benefit from Singapore’s legal expertise and offer appeal routes to the SICC.
